Brian Fontenot cole and associates Brian collects assets on the basis of representation that he is tied to one of the Rockefellers banking, the bank of international settlements and the central bank of Iraq he enters into a contract which he has never fulfilled and when the contract ends refuses to return the assets to the rightful owners His fraud is that he is a liar, no contacts, nothing !
He is an arbitrator and has been reported to the State Attorneys office in Texas, the SEC, The BIS and Treasury League Cities Texas He is a liar a cheat but not a scoundrel as scoundrel is too nice a name to call him and scoundrels would not associate with this man.
Of course, this is my opinion based on my experience and observation of his business practices.
