Dear Brian,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of Mrs. Angela Kielar. This correspondence serves as a formal demand for the reimbursement of $3,400 related to the hand piece purchased via cell by Mrs. Kielar on June 5, 2024.

Upon receipt of the hand piece on June 7, 2024, Mrs. Kielar observed that the lens was compromised, exhibiting a crack and subsequently encountering connectivity issues.

In accordance with your stated return policy Mrs. Kielar initiated the return process within the stipulated 30-day period on July 4, 2024. Following your examination after receiving the hand piece, it was deemed the item was operational and was returned to her.

However, Mrs. Kielar continued to experience persistent issues, resulting in a second return on August 28, 2024. The hand piece is currently in your possession, and if it is sent back to Mrs. Kielar, she will reject the shipment.
