I invested in a company called OZSP Surgical Corp, trades as OZSC. I invested because according to Brian Conway, they were going to buy PCTI, a tech company that does work for the military.
Conway promised updates, and keeping investors up to date. He lied about eveything, as soon as he took over the company, he started dullition and crippled the price of the stock to worthless. I personally lost over $6000.00 dollars due to this scumbag. After I had been scammed, I found out that this is the scumbags way of making a living. He has done this same thing with LIBE and NGRP. He is know to lurk on Investors Hub, pumping up his scams. The SEC needs to stop this pig, he continues to ripoff hard working people of their hard earned cash.
If you see BRIAN P. CONWAY involved in anyway with a company, DO NOT INVEST, you will lose your money.
