Bricks 4 Kidz Sold to others a competing franchise w/o givieng me the first option. ST Augustine Florida

I was a frahcnisee and they bought another company that does after school programs im ny area. The rest of the franchisees coould buy into the new opportunity, but because the person they bought the new company from wanted to keep her business I was locked out of my territory. 

P.S at one pointone of the principals was under investigation for stock fraud. He was making statements to prospective buyers that under SEC rules he should not have made. This person was also being sued for previously diuping people in a previous business.

They also sold franchise rights to people in states that could not legally run the business. Kind of a scam.
