sent a professional digital camera for repair. year 1 they couldn't find / waiting on parts. sent an email or called quarterly year 2 same. midway through year 3 sent an email asking that they return the camera to write it off my insurance. 2 days later received an email that it was miraculously repaired and ready. Decided since they it for two years that they could keep it. The fact that it was repaired 2 days after requesting it be returned was triggering.
