Carlos A Martinez transport was hired to transport our new sea ray boat from California to Oregon.Upon arrival our boat cover was in shreds and the cover buckles beating in the wind for 1400 miles damaged the boat so badly it broke the gel coayin on our boat all the way to the fiberglass.
We have filed a insurance claim for repairs bit Carlos A Martinez refuses to follow through and speak to the insurance company.
They are refusing to submit the claim on there behald and pay.We have been working with the insurance company over a month and they cannot reach Carlos A Martinez the owner.
In addition Carlos A Martinez subcontracted the boat transport to another driver whom has no authority to transport any vehicles as he isnt licensed as a transport company at all and has no insurance other then personal liability on his personal truck.
This company is a compkette sham and sacm and has left us with over 10K in damages and refuses to contact there insurance company to resolve the damaage issue.
