Caspio Ripoff Scam Beware - Sign you up for a month trial and then charge you for one extra year after you cancel. Total Ripoff. Santa Clara California

Their sleezy sales team duped me into trialing their "Explore" plan for a month or two - no commitments. Turns out their software is terrible and couldn't design what I needed so I cancelled after 2 months. I then kept getting invoices. I called accounts and noone would return my call. I called my account manager and he said - tough luck you owe us an extra 12 months of fees after cancelling - in addition to the two months I already paid. I then got an invoice for 12 months fees which was due and payble weeks before I received the invoice - threatening to hit my credit score if I didn't pay this outrageous Caspio rippoff scam immediately! 

I reported Caspio to the CA AGs office - and emailed and called Michelle LaCroix - Caspio Manager of Account Management over and over and over and she would never return my emails or calls. Obviously I am very concerned about my credit score. 

Caspio are unscrupulous liars and cheats and should be shut down. And there are hundreds of other consumers with similar Caspio ripoff and scam complaints across Facebook. This is dispicable business practice - duping honest consumers and then gouging for an entire years fees. I consider it fraud. Let me know your thoughts.
