Incident at Cherokee Auto Sales South**
- On **June 26, 2024**, I visited Cherokee Auto Sales South, located at 530 West Taylor St, Griffin, GA 30223, where I spoke with Alexis Williams.
- Without my permission, Alexis took the BMW for a joy ride, resulting in its breakdown approximately 13 miles from the dealership, leaving me stranded.
- On **June 27, 2024**, I called Cherokee Auto Sales South and spoke with Amy, who was unhelpful and disrespectful. I felt that there may have been discrimination due to my age and race.
I'm seeking compensation for the cost to repair or replace my vehicle

I drove the car about 8 miles for the test drive there was never any payments owed on the bmw I traded my car plus cash for the bmw resulting in Cymill motors coming and taking it back then act like he never sold me a car
