They confirmed that my insurance covered the procedure. Then billed me $59. Called them 4 times to sort it out. Nothing. Very unprofessional dentist. Over charge the insurance then try to rip off the consumer too. Even their telephone manners are a joke very hard to get a person goes to voicemail. Will be reporting them to the BBB and the dental board in Kentucky. Amazing their greed and stupidity about not taking care of this.
