Cityrunner - Horrible customer experience. Bad product, faulty, and blames the customer for manufacturing problems and design flaws. Would not recommend to anybody. Located in Tel-Aviv

Had a terrible experience at this scooter shop. The scooters have so many problems, they blame you for manufacturing problems, and laugh if you mention a refund. Any problem you have that they should fix they first attempt to make you pay but after fighting a bit you be able to get some super basic repairs done for free. Expect many many frustrating visits to their one and only repair store in the whole country.

Expect many many days waiting until it is fixed. Expect to go back many many times to get it fixed because they will not solve the problem and will keep blaming you. Would not recommend to anybody unless you hate them. Dealing with cityrunner is truly hell. Cityrunner is truly the worst company I've every ahd the displeasure of working with!
