Last November I bought a coat for my wife from this Chinese company on ebay.  I sent lots of questions and information they requested to determine appropriate sizing.  I arrived 2 months later and was 6 sizes too small!  I contacted them and they said they would send another with the right size.  Then it was in the mail, but the pandemic slowed delivery.

  Finally, after they kept me on the hook for months I asked if they had a tracking number so I could verify it was in the USPS system.  They said they did have a tracking number, but never responded to my request to tell me what it was.  Several followup emails have not yielded a response.  The kept me going so long that it's too late to file a report with either ebay or paypal.
