I had $1000 in bitcoin from coinbase.com since 2018, and tried to sell as it is now 5200 dollars, it shows my amount, but when I go to try and sell, it says zero own.

Filed a complaint via their help center on April 6 and agian 4/26/21 and no one has reached out to assist.
