Control Vision Pittsburgh Kansas They do not maintain their GPS update site Pittsburgh Kansas

I own a control vision aviation GPS (ATC Anywhere map) I have had this unit for a long time(at least 5 years) I am having 2 problems with this vendor.

1-They don't maintain their update site. The gps & information data are normally updated about once a month. When I bought the unit I also purchased life time updates.

2-The data base for the unit includes obstacles information. This feature does not work on the unit.

This company has a web site, a phone number and an email address. I have been trying to get some action on these  problems fpr the last 6 months. When you call their phone number it says hang up and call again. They don't respond to emails or inquires on their web site.

I even filed a better business complaint in their local area and they did not respond to the BBB inquiry. I really don't know what else to do. I paid for life time updates and I can't get any. The last update was dated 1-3-19.
