Cook Unity Rotten Meals Internet

I live in an apartment building and rely on text notifications to tell me when my order is in transit and delivered. I received all notifications since I’ve been signed up. I’ve suddenly received none. I checked my spam folder and everything. Nothing was ever received. Because nothing was sent. I found my meals rotting in the lobby today (a day after they were supposed to be delivered) covered in flies. I was told that because it shows there was an email sent on their end that they can’t take responsibility. Can someone please explain to me how it’s my fault when something that works 6 days before, stops working 6 days later? It seems like a tech issue on their end and they’re just refusing to take responsibility. I canceled my subscription and so should you!
