Alexander Katsman aka Alexander Bloom – Credit Booster / Creditier Inc. is a Scam Operation – Misleading Ads, No Results, and Fake Collections I want to warn others about Alexander Katsman, who also goes by the name Alexander Bloom on social media. He is the owner and face behind Credit Booster and Creditier Inc., which are essentially the same company, just under different names. After my personal experience and what I’ve uncovered since, I can confidently say this is a scam operation built on deceptive advertising, false promises, and unethical billing tactics. I first reached out to Katsman back in 2022. He spoke directly with me and promised the world – claiming he would remove negative items from my credit report and drastically improve my credit score. He was very persuasive, even claiming that if nothing worked, he would refund my money – a promise he still repeats in his misleading Instagram ads. He put me on a payment plan of $500/month, totaling $2,000 over four months. What happened after that? Absolutely nothing. No credit improvement, no deletions, no meaningful updates – just silence and stalling. I eventually told his staff I was done and stopped paying, seeing no results. But instead of owning up to the failure or issuing a refund (like he proudly promises in his social media content), Katsman sent me to collections for $7,000 – claiming I owed him for a "business consultation.” Let me be very clear: There was no business consultation. I hired him to repair my credit. He did not perform the services promised, and now he is attempting to extort thousands of dollars through fake collections for something that never occurred. It’s outrageous. Since then, I’ve come across numerous complaints from others with almost identical experiences: • Promises to fix credit quickly or guarantee credit score boosts • High upfront fees or recurring payments with no real results • Refusal to honor money-back guarantees • Fake "contract language” used later to justify made-up charges or debts • Customers being ignored or threatened when they try to get help or refunds In fact, an ex-employee publicly called Katsman’s company a scam and explained in great detail how they stall customers on purpose, send basic dispute letters anyone could do for free, and never deliver what they promise. This former employee even claimed that Katsman threatened her legally when she tried to post honest reviews online – a disturbing tactic meant to silence the truth. Let’s be honest: If someone really delivered honest results, they wouldn’t have to change their name from Creditier to Credit Booster. That alone says a lot. The Better Business Bureau gives Creditier an "F” rating for refusing to respond to complaints, and multiple Ripoff Report entries back up what I experienced – this is a long-running scheme. I’m writing this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Do not believe the ads. "We’ll boost your credit or give your money back” is a complete lie. They are misleading consumers with false advertising and likely violating federal credit repair laws by charging upfront and failing to perform. If you were also scammed, I strongly recommend you file complaints with: • The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) • Your state Attorney General • The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) • RipoffReport.com, BBB, Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc. Don’t stay silent. The only reason scams like this continue is because they rely on people staying quiet, embarrassed, or unsure how to fight back. Alexander Katsman (aka Alexander Bloom) – you promised results or a refund. You delivered nothing. And now you’re trying to bill me $7,000 for services you never even attempted. Shame on you.

Scam? Deception?

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, April 03, 2025

What is YOUR definition of a scam? We'd no dou t agree scam a d deception go ha d-in- hand. To present something whicj is not true in order to DECEIVE someone else sounds like a scam to me. For example you have this self constructed BAD CREDIT reputation which YOU CAUSED by YOU not paying YOUR bills on time You fall for this "credit repair" scheme in which you think all you need to do is pay somebody and like magic, they will erase the TRUTH about your dead beat life and create a FALSE INDENTITY for you so that YOU CAN DECEIVE future creditors into thinking you are somebody who pays their bills on time when YOUR REPUTATION tells the truthful story. Yes sir, it sure is a scam and deception, isn't it? There's no such thing as "credit repair" because repirting truth doesn't need repairing. Oh yes,. ..the ONLY reason they have an "F" rating with the BBB is they haven't yet PURCHASED their PHONY "A" rating yet from the BBB with their well known PHONY BALONY.
