Crestmont Capital llc Lies and deception Irvine California

What can i say? Where to start? First of all i would like to point out that i do have proof of everything im saying, emails, texts and phone recordings.

I applied for a loan and was approved. Alex at Crestmont was real nice and "understanding" in the beginning process. i get the funds and then the truth and nightmares begin. 

It was a short term loan (20 days). Alex tells me in the beginning that they report to all Business credit agencies and explained how in 20 days, my Business report would look like 20 months of payment History because they report each daily payment daily. That hasnt happened, nothing. Then i was told that the 375 a day would start coming out on a certain date. 

Wrong again. the 375 dollar a day payment started being withheld the day i recieved the money. Then i get told that after 10 days of making all payments on time that i will be able to refinance, get more money at a better rate, lower payment etc.

Wrong again. The excuses and delays begin. always tomorrow, a few hours etc......Tomorrow never comes. At this point they start ignoring me. not returning phone calls, not returning texts or emails etc.....maybe after 10 tries of contacting them i might get a response back from them with another delay tactic.

Mind you, all my payments have been made and made on time. This isnt a disgruntled rant because i couldnt pay my bills. I have paid. Then Alex decides to text me and tell me " i am out of my mind" because i hired an attorney. he tells me that he knows more about the law than my attorney does.

He then "thinks" he can revert back to the beginning and tells me how he has never consented to our calls being recorded. Red Flag! If hes not lying then it wouldnt matter. 

As per my attorney, his trying to go back to retract, doesnt matter. So, i file a report on them. The calls and emails start then....promises to make things right, get the job done etc..... In return for me to remove negative report.

I agreed. I wanted to believe in this company. After all, they had "helped" me. i also told them that i will pull it for a short time to give him a chance to do what they said they would do. Once again, here come the lies, excuses, ignoring me and delays. Alex then gives me a phone number to call "the lender".

Did you catch theat? They arent even the lenders. they are just Brokers charging astronomical fees if you get a loan. No service after they collect their money. I have talked to the actual lender. This number he gave me was not to the lender, just someone pretending to be a partner. he used fowl language and lied just like Alex at Crestmont.

Ive asked to speak to a manager countless times at Crestmont.....never anyone but lying Alex. He goes on to tell me that he will do a 3 way call with me and the "underwriters"...Guess what? never happened. I am now on day 19 of 20 day payments. it will be paid off tomorrow. Still, no service.

He wont give you the details upfront, tries to fast talk you so you cant ask the right questions. Then tries to delay or act like i should have known when i ask a question.

I would advise anyone looking for a loan togo elsewhere. The fees are ridiculous, no service, lies, misleading information etc is what you can expect.

I have filed with my attorney and afforded all the proof he needs. i am filing this review in hopes that others dont get caught up in the deception. 

I am filing this report with the B.B.B. today. I am filing this on Rip off report and any other website i can find. 

1. I was honest with them

2. i made all my payments on time

3. i in good faith trusted them to do what they said and whats right.

4. i tried every day to communicate my concerns and find a soulution.

5. i saved a relavent texts, emails, phone recordings etc...(proof)

6. What i got was called insane, lied to, delayed, and deception tactics.

7. What im doing, is letting my attorney file a case for fraudulent behavior or whatever legal term they use.

Sorry for the long rant. I have alot more details i could go into but it would take forever. I take responsibility for taking the loan.No regrets there. I would do it again if needed. But, i would not use Crestmont Capital to do it.

Hope this helps anyone on the fence about whether to use them or not. Dont do it.

Since this has happened, i have paid in full and still nothing. Still no on time payments reported to my business credit.
