Cyclone installed our septic system, it was not by our choice, it came with the home.
The septic sprayers immediately started spraying 2-4 times a day randomly. For a while, we tried to contact the owner and we heard nothing.
Calls went UN-returned, a voicemail is what you will get. When we finally threatened a lawsuit and contacted DEQ (the oversight agency) we finally got their attention.
The contact has been nasty from the beginning. The usual response is blameful that we use too much water. When they did come out to service it the first time, we were told that "the wires were crossed" That didn't solve the problem.
When they came out the second time, we were told the float was "set too high" That didn't solve the problem. When we called Red Dirt Septic company to get some advice, they chuckled about the reputation of Cyclone. Apparently it's a bit of a joke around here. If you have this company and they are unresponsive, do a Google search for DEQ and file a complaint. Keep after them until they do business right or not at all.
