I ordered a premium basket ball from D' GYM Project Fitness on June 20, 2025, advertised as "brand new" and "professional quality" for 999php. The ball arrived on June 24, 2025, but it was clearly damaged—there were visible tears around it, not good as promised.

I contacted their customer service via facebook messenger and phone the same day, providing photos of the damaged ball. They responded, saying I just put adhesive to the ball and refused to take responsibility. As I wanted a replacement or full refund. I followed up twice more, but they  and blocked me on facebook and stopped responding entirely. Their website claims a "100% satisfaction guarantee," which is clearly false.

This company is misleading customers with false advertising and refusing to honor their return policy. I’m out 999php for a product that’s unusable. Buyers beware—do not purchase from D' GYM Project Fitness!

Desired Resolution

I want a full refund of 999Php, including shipping, or a replacement with a brand-new, undamaged soccer ball as advertised. I also want D' GYM Project Fitness to update their website to accurately reflect their product quality and customer service policies.
