Daniel Dennis Investment Group Limited applied for a $500 million loan, they only paid $200 million! Singapore Singapore

I applied for a $500 million loan, they only paid $200 million! I wait 5 months, they say I wait more 2 months. I applied for Non recourse but they say if I want the balance of $300 million, I have to accept to give equity position! I applied for non recourse. My project need the money, they only paid $200 million. Their bank refuse to send more $300 million. Now my contractors are suing me. I don’t want to lose my contracts, I want the loan balance $300 million! 

Their CEO Daniel Dennis he speak a lot of technical terms. He gives other options, he refuse to speak to our lawyer! We wrote to his bank which sent us the first $200Mln but they threaten to sue our company! Our project is done halfway- Contractors are leaving. How can we get the $300Mln balance from this company?
