My name is Conrad Mcpherson. I emailing you due to a recent wrongful termination due to defamation and discrimination at Davel/Boston Coach (780 Dowd Ave Elizabeth NJ) Phone number 877 316 4001. I was recently terminated from the above mentioned for speaking the truth about what's going wrong with the company. My first amendment right of "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" There's racism, sexual harassment, Unwanted touching, wrestling, fondling, unprofessional practices going on in this office and its all of camera. The ring leaders are Vincent Cardinale, Bill Tiffany, Raquel Kromer and Ana Goodheim. Who are all employees at the location. Many reports has been made to Chris Bockus the VP and nothing has ever been done. 

 They made it seem like I resigned. I never did. They never gave me anything in writing. The HR Manager Carey is stating she is in fear of her life as a way to make it as I'm a threat to use that as grounds to make me not being able to remain an employee, That's bogus. I used my constitutional right to protest. I went to the city of Elizabeth Court house and got a permit and The company called the police on me and used they fear for their life as a way to discredit me.

Why would that be, I was employed there for 15 years. Now all of a sudden I'm a threat and crazy, This is defamation of character. People are afraid of speaking up due to being threatened of their Jobs.I It's so ironic that the recent President of the company Scott Solombrino just resigned. Check into that, 
 
First things first and you can check all time cards, There's no breaks within the call center or lunch periods. People are forced to eat at their desk. Working 9 to 12 hours per day. The drivers are making $6 to $8 per hour  and are offered additional wages that we barely see. When we take days off they aren't designated as sick or personal. it's just PTO to use as you please.

If I'm scheduled for 9 to 10 hours per day. Why am I only allowed to get compensated up to 8 hours? Some people were injured due to work related accidents and they would terminate employees after 12 weeks of being out.Michael Gibbs and Robert Combs were both victims since the beginning of the year. They are running a shady operation and needs to be investigated.
