David DeSantis Lifted Truck Dealer – Breach of Promissory Note, Fraudulent Investment, $100,000 Lost Internet

I am filing this report to warn others about David DeSantis, founder of Conversions For Sale Inc., formerly operating under OnlyLiftedTrucks and now promoting LiftedVehicles.com. In early 2023, Mr. DeSantis solicited a business relationship and investment from myself and my company, Ocean Path Properties LLC, under the guise of a high-yield return through his lifted truck distribution and marketing operation.

On February 3, 2023, David signed a Promissory Note agreeing to repay $50,000 with accrued interest—ultimately totaling $300,000 by September 13, 2023. The contract was legally signed, and the funds were deposited into his business account. This agreement has been breached entirely. No payments were made. No communication. No return.

In addition, another $50,000 in lost rent was incurred due to David's occupation of one of my rental properties, which he abandoned without honoring obligations or repairs. Total losses exceed $100,000.

His conduct includes:

• Breach of Contract

• Fraudulent Misrepresentation

• Theft by Deception

• Unjust Enrichment

David continues to publicly operate under various business names, including LiftedVehicles.com, hosts public lifted truck events, and presents himself as a credible distributor of upfitted OEM vehicles. Do not trust this individual or his affiliated companies.

Legal action is now in motion. A Demand for Repayment has been issued, and a Notice of Intent to Sue will be filed with the Delaware Division of Corporations. If you have also been misled or financially damaged by David DeSantis or any of his entities, I recommend seeking immediate legal counsel.
