Dearosy Refused to let me return items and also refused full refund Internet

After receiving my order I immediately contacted Dearosy requesting authorization to return the horrible quality items I received, as instructed on their website.  They offerd me a 15% discount on future purchase which I refused, as I would never order from them again after seing the quality of their products. They then offered me a 10% refund, which I refused, asking for their return address so I could return the items for a full refind.  Over the next 8 emails they have refused to send me the return address (which I don't believe is in China, they possibly use that ecuse to tell buyers the cost to return the items to China is very expensive, to convince them to keep the items with a minimal refund) They have refunded $40 of the $138 I spent, without my authorization, as this is not a fair settlement in my opinion.  They refuse to give me the return address to date.
