I am hereby formally accusing the DIR/labor board and it's employees of Age Discrimination, Bias, Suborning Perjury, Fraud, Denying my constitutional right to Due Process, and Conspiracy to suborn perjury, Conspiracy to deny due process and Conspiracy to commit Fraud.  Had a wage case and retaliation case, won partial on the wage case but decision on rest was denied based on age discrimination, bias. 

The hearing officer is also guilty of suborning perjury and conspiracy, The retaliation cased was dismissed, reinstated, and dismissed again, verdict was a denial of due process, bias, conspiracy between the 2 hearing officers.  Have written documentation.  This must be happening to countless other people that don't have the means or will to complain.
