I'm now force to get my attorney involved. I signed up for the one year subscription in the hopes it would do something good for my company.

However the moment you sign up is the moment this company begins to take advantage. I paid $75 a month and the olny time this organization reached out was to renew. I asked to see results of what this company has done and they admitted that it was nothing.

I told Joshua that I would no longer be working with their company as I feel like this was a scam from the very beginning. They then agreed to refund me some of my money which they did. Only to find they are now sending me bills. I contacted them right away stating I canceled with your company and you guys have done such a bad job you even refunded some money.

They tried to say it was a credit towards future service. I said NOOOOO I canceled your services then they asked do you know the date of termination and trying to see who I spoke with. I told them this was months ago. Then they stated it had to be formerly done which I did over the phone with there rep months ago.

They said they will have to look into it and see. I told them im not paying a bill for a service I never agreed too. They said they would reach out to me the following day and let me know what they discover.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, PROVIDES NO BENEFITS TO ORGANIZATIONS FROM WHAT I SEEN IN A YEAR, THEN THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVEN THOUGH YOIU TRIED TO CANCEL, ILL BE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY LATER.

THEN ILL BE GETTING MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED BECAUSE THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT NEVER DID WE RENEW SERVICES OR SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC RENEWALS EXTORTION AT ITS FINEST. I WILL UPDATE YOU AFTER TODAYS RESULTS. Eric Pulliam is supposed to reach out later to determine whether or not I canceled service.
