Dimitry was hired to install bathroom shower, floor and wainscoting tile as well as hang a new glass shower door. He measured the door wrong, so hung the fixed panel only. He stated he would return to hang the other portion once I ordered it. I ordered and paid for it, (additional cost for me, company would not except the return), but he has not returned to complete this. In addition, he missed multiple areas of grout and caulking + a new floor tile is cracked.

He stated he would return to complete these as well. He even sent a text telling me he was sorry and once he returned from Hawaii in a month, would come and fix. I waited the month, contacted him & at first he said he'd "send a guy" out.  Nothing. When asked about the cracked tile, he stated, "as far as the cracked tile goes, I wouldn't want anyoe else replacing it except for me, you mind waiting until the end of the year?"  I agreed to that for the cracked tile repair, but since I have had no response for the shower door, I don't believe he will return to fix the tile either.

I have sent an email too, no response.  I waited for some time hoping he would respond, but nothing.  I have been out a bathroom for more than 8 weeks. I have sinced had to hire another contractor for the door, I repaired the grout and caulking & most likely will have to find another tiler to fix the brand new cracked tile.  As a consumer, we are at the contractor's mercy.  My intention is to help others make an informed decision before hiring. If Dimitry sees this, maybe he'll do the right thing. Lastly, on his Facebook site today, he has daily appointment times available, but he can't come over and fix the job he said he would complete and was paid to do.
