Docs On Demand didn’t deliver the work I paid him for. San Jose California

I worked with Raul (or his company name) for credit repair services, but I feel like he didn’t deliver the work I paid him for. I really regret trusting him to handle my case.

I was in constant contact, asking for updates and trying to understand what was happening. He claimed he had proof of the work being done, but despite multiple requests, I was never shown any updated reports. This left me feeling confused and uncertain about my case.

I requested a refund because I believed he couldn’t get it done, given that I was being ignored and had no actual updates. I felt like he had been stalling for a long time.

When I asked for a refund, he responded by stating that I had made fraudulent payments and told me not to contact him except by U.S. mail. I was confused by this response because I followed every instruction he gave me since the beginning.

I’m sharing my experience so others can be informed before working with him.
