DPC Veterinary Hospital DPC offers a package and then charges you before starting and suggest a long treatment before starting what you asked for. Davie Florida

I made an appointment on April 19, 2019 for a Cat Vaccines Package for $152. After the fecal test was performed a Vet named Christina Rivera informed me that the vaccines may not be applied because my pet had a skin problem and fefver. She suggested me to start a long treatment for the skin first and the vaccines after.

I did not received any documentation and I declined. I was charged for $54.00.  She should tell me before performing any eam. I think I was robbed in a very unethical way. I received only a receipt with no further documentation. I went to another clinic and the vet gave me a disclaimer and charged me less than DPC and gave me all kind of explanations and showed me the prescription and applied to her. Different from DPC.

After I sent a complain by email I received a rude email from Natalie Grandia ( doen't say her title in DPC) and sent me a detailed report. It seems that you need to complain to receive information that you already paid. I don't recommend this place and I hope other readers be aware of the practices of this place.

They should give me a disclaimer before starting in paper and not start something they already knew were not going to complete.
