Absolutely furious with this company. They "opened" my pool on or about June 18, 2025, and today is July 28, 2025—my pool is still green. Over five weeks, and nothing has been resolved. They either have no idea what they're doing, or they simply don't care. I've been given excuse after excuse, and every visit feels like guesswork. No urgency, no accountability, no communications, and no results. This has completely ruined my summer. I’ve wasted time, money, and patience dealing with a company that clearly isn’t equipped or willing to fix the problem. Stay far away.

*Its been over 5 weeks with no resolution.
*Completely Incompetent. They cannot diagnose the problem and they cannot fix it.
*Total wast of money, wast of time, and wast of the the summer months - They ruined my summer.
*They left me no choice but to pursue legal action.
*Avoid completely at all costs.

*It’s been over five weeks of empty promises, excuses, and zero results. The pool is still green and unusable. *Completely incompetent—they can’t diagnose the issue and clearly don’t know how to fix it. * No real plan or professional knowledge. Totally unqualified! *Communication is nonexistent —no updates, no follow-through, and no accountability. I've spent Two Thousan Two Hundered Dollars and lost almost the entire summer season because of their lack of action and incompetence. *Their negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. *I will be pursuing legal action to recover the damages and costs of hiring someone else to fix their mess. *Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company—they will take your money and ruin your summer.
