dropshiprocket.com Otto Thompson Deceptive practices

This company advertises prebuilt or custom built e commerce websites. I contacted them andd had them build me two sites stocked with product and payment processor integrated etc...the sites never did work correctly from the beginning and I kept going back and forth with them regarding different issues and it was like pulling teeth to get anythign done because the owner otto thompson subs the work out to someone else and just collects the money and offers no support or assitance so after finaly getting the sites up and half way running I spent a lot of money advertising and getting customers etc......

but always had a glitch with the payment portion of it so I hired someone else to trouble shoot and fix the site issue however they needed information that I never received from droshiprocket IE otto thompson in order to fix the issues I kept asking and asking for the registrant information and hosting info but he would never give me any information.

I was able to finally track down through a who is it search the hosting company and I saw that my site was registered to otto thompson so he took my money built a site that was supposed to be mine and he registered it in his name and I couldnt transfer ownership because he wouldnt provide any info so when the hosting expired he was able to take over the site and now runs the site I paid for as if it is his.  The two sites I had them build were techgadgetcenter.com and pawsandclawsdepot.com both of which he deceptively took when they expired on the hosting platform he registered them on under his name as the owner
