We hired him to build a custom server program and Website for a business we are starting. seemed very knowledgeable. had given me some data previously. Project was supposed to be done in a month. he took a a deposit of 6,000. 3 months later nothing. Asked for another 3,000 to finish website, supposed to be done in days. Another 3 months nothing.. Asked for a refund. wouldnt give it. he Said he delivered working code to us. not his problem. his code was cut and pasted from git hub-per another developer. I dont know how dru would know his code worked anyway, we never tested it. He never put anything on the website. I spent 1500 on a dedicated server over a few months...
Would constantly make excuse after excuse... hard to say what was true or not. Just asked for more money when he missed deadlines, it was apparently all googles fault..
Seemed very knowledgeable. Might have been all an act Definitely knows something about programming. Doesnt matter though because he didnt deliver anything Overall dishonest and unethical. unprofessional. Plan on taking him to court. filed charges of computer fraud. 
I figure I am out 10k and 6 months because of him.
Stay way Stay far away...

Well like 900 other developers we use github! So utilizing the code that me and my team of developers and people hired in with us isn't usually something that is passed off as negative. And once you put in a update you pay more when you change the statement of work you are charged more! This is how simple things are and your welcome to verify you and your site and contact and contract.
