When they exchanged the puppy with me the dog had what the person delivering the dog as a ( Topical Hernia ). I was caught off guard as this was never relayed to me in advance. Im standing in the parking lot 4-hours from my home with my 5-year old daughter in the back seat and this is her Christmas present. I took the puppy and drove home. about 8 months later I took the dog in for a haircut. The groomer called me and told me to come immediately and take the dog or they were calling the Humane Society. The dog demonstrates an abnormally violent reaction to the grooming. I got medicie that they prescribed and rescheduled the haircut. 6-months later at Coyne the same incident occured. Now, for no reason the dog which we love is acting in a way that I feel is not safe around my daughter. I asked the kennel and its owner to take the dog back and he will not refund my money. I cannot keep the dog in the house. Views from the vet and animal shelter employees is that the dog is a profduct of inbreeding and that any reputable breeder would just take the dog back.
