I paid in full on Dec, 2nd, 2021 to have 3 carefully selected bottles of single malt scotch delivered in time for the wedding of the son of a close friend. The wedding took place and since I had not heard from my friend I called to ask if he had received the gift. He had not.

It took until Dec. 26th for the gift to be delivered and even then it was not the 3 bottles I had carefully selected but an inferior selection. It then took until Jan. 9th, 2022 to receive the credit on my credit card for the difference between the cost of my original selection and the selection that was delivered.

I spent a great deal of time chasing down Mrs. Esti Walwater to deliver the gift and to provide me with the refund credit. I felt no empathy or concern for the disappointment of the order not being delivered in time for the wedding or the excessive delay thereafter until it was delivered. I felt that I had been "baited and switched" as far as this purchase was concerned and there was no hint of any consideration for my inconvenience and frustration in dealing with this dismal customer experience and obtaining my money's worth for what I had paid.

I would strongly advise staying away from EstiB Gifts and Mrs. Esti Walwater unless you don't care about getting value for money and having a frustration free purchase experience.
