I got it pretty easily dealing with this individual who purchased clothing from me, and upon receipt he asked for more pieces but I simply could not do the price he was asking.  So instead of just leaving it be he files a chargeback knowing there is nothing I can do to prove my side, and has kept my 2000 dollar piece of clothing. 

I was assuming since he wanted 5 pieces of the same item he was planning to flip it for a profit to pay down debts.  

After a quick google search of this individual you can see he has many on going court cases demanding repayment.  Even one from his own lawyers who represented him and helped him receive a payout from asiana as he was a survivor of the down flight. 

I have also reached out to past colleagues / business partners, this is what I received:

Been in biz with this guy for a minute, and against all people warning me of him I got played. This playa has no rhythm, no flow but he got charisma and a way to market himself.... 

Started a clothing line with the guy trusted him as he was the creative and I was the manufacturing distribution side of things.  Dude loves his nice clothes probably spends all his money on it vs actually paying for anything else. Should have taken that into account but the dude is smooth.  Pure hustla for life, no way this dude can afford the cars/apartments/clothes 

Also has that hustla life which was probably when this business started falling apart with him snorting / drinking up all the investment i had thrown in. Jetset life is expensive, probably couldn't milk more money this year as private jets over seas required covid vaccine proof which this dude does not have. 

Claimed to made a lot from his music/producing and produced now what I believe are fake screenshots.  Turns out everything from his place in LA to all his cars are leased/rented.  Even went as far to higher a PI to try to get some money back but none of the names even match.

Long story short this guy blew over 500k of seed money on drugs and booze and probably his gucci/prada/moncler/dior whatever hes into nowadays.  

Then on top of all this I found out he funds it through scamming dudes like me, then taking credit cards, ID's, SS numbers then buys stuff on stolen id and credit cards and ships it back to his fake rental pads that landlords are looking for him. 

No point in trying to sue a guy with no money when that money is going to come from another victim anyway, 500k USD is a big lesson to learn.
