I was guaranteed that if I bought 38 sessions for $6000. I followed the program religiously. There was no change throughout. At the end of my sessions, I was very confused that there was no communication regarding my results (lack of). I was given my final picture and they said goodbye. Throughout the process, I continually asked for guidance or suggestion as to what else I could do, and none was given.

I found myself walking out the door feeling like a failure. I quickly wrote a letter to the owner in hopes to get some answers about the guarantee that is focused on in all of the television, internet, and print advertising. No response. I filed a complaint with BBB. Fastfit did not respond and the case was closed. Months later a response was sent in that stated once again that they do offer a guarantee, but that the client needs to follow the program. This made me feel like a dismissal...like I had done something wrong. I did not!

I followed the program to a tee. I was completely hopeful and dedicated. This company is a scam! Just out for the money and NOT for the client! I was lied to and taken advantage of. This must stop so that others will not be robbed of their money and their self esteem!
