Foam It Green Foam It Green SprayFoamKit Refused to Stand behind there Warranty, Automatically Blames the Customer! Riverwoods IL

Ive used there product years ago and it worked great so Im not new to using spray foam kits nor was I knew to there product. I thought it was weird they changed phone numbers and website names (prob suid in the past)

I bought and went to use there product per the instructions even though I used it successfully in the past, the foam was the right color and tecture when I was applying it and started to rise a little, when I went a few hrs later to check it it evapurated into almost nothing!

I called them and tried explaining what happened and how I had taken pics to show them, only to be continuesly interupted by a Rude Cust service Femail agent, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she was the manager and said they would not refund me nor even replace the failed product because there foam is great and its always the customers fault.

I had no choice but to dispute with my credit card company and stopped payment on there product, now they harrass me daily with paypal invoices emailed to me. I told them to take me to court and I'll prove there product was defective!

Would not recomend! I purchased the Froth kit from lowes (WORKED Great!) you do get what you pay for!
