Frenchbee aka French Bee airlines does not provide the required accommodations for disabled people who are  flying to or from the USA. I experienced three ADA violations each on two flights.   I spoke to the DOT who agreed with me and reached out to Frenchbee to no avail so far

The three ADA violations are:

1) They do not provide extra legroom for free for a leg disability or for a service dog. Below are the excerpts from the air carrier service act that are not being followed, as well as the link to file a complaint as I have. More people need to file complaints. The DOT and Dept. of Justice are stretched thin right now and they will only act if enough disabled people complain.

Complaint about Airline ACAA or ADA violations:

https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/complaints-alleging-discriminatory-treatment-against-disabled-travelers

“The Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) requires airlines to provide certain seating accommodations to passengers with disabilities, including bulkhead seats, at no additional cost. If a passenger with a disability requests a bulkhead seat and the seat is available in the same class of service as their ticket, the airline must provide it without charging extra.

The ACAA, enforced by the Department of Transportation (DOT), prohibits discrimination against passengers with disabilities in air travel. Airlines are obligated to provide specific seating accommodations to passengers who self-identify as needing them for their disability-related needs. “

2) They charge a disabled persons caretaker to sit next to them.  So what they charged me for a little legroom room for the service animal and for my caretaker to sit next to me added up to $200 at $100 each.

3) Even though they are required to have a CRO to address discrimination and disability issues and they do not have a CRO.  They provide the main phone number to reach a CRO, then when you call they act like they never heard of a CRO.   They hung up on me each time when I asked for one and they said they didn’t have one and do not need to have one:

“The Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) requires airlines to have Complaint Resolution Officials (CROs)readily available to respond to disability-related complaints. These officials are trained to resolve issues on the spot and must be accessible either in person or by phone within 15 minutes”
