Beware of Friendly Smiles 17805 Gunn Highway Odessa,33555 I made an appointment to have a tooth extracted in March 7th. this year. The manager gave me a statement. My cost would be $198 which I agreed to, however when I checked my insurance company they submitted $522 for services provided. Beware Before you make any commitment. I’ve called several times to try to solve this issue with no luck i’ve also contacted my insurance company and they also called. However, the manager hung up on them. And said that the Aetna agent was rude. I would Definitely stay away from this office.Update: Sept 10th continue to leave messages for Dr. Douglas Smiley to return my calls and resolve this issue. NO RESPONSE , NO RESPONSE 9/26/2024
