Further Reach They stood me up and cost me $200 Manchester CA

I've contacted further research to see if my address was compatible with their Internet services. They sent a drone above my yard to see if there was connectability. The survey was positive and they said they would need to put a dish up in a tall tree in my yard. They also said I could use a list of their tree climbers, or I could hire my own.  I made simultaneous appointments with a tree climber and Further Reach. My tree climber showed up at the appointed time and distributed his ropes and climbing equipment up in the tree. We waited 3 hours for Further Reach to show up. They never did! I have sent numerous emails and left many phone messages to inquire why we were stood up.

TO THIS DAY NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED TO EITHER MY EMAILS OR PHONE MESSAGES! 

I still had to pay my tree climber $200.
