Fusion Growth Partners failed to honor growth guarantee Stuart FL

I’m a licensed real estate professional who enrolled in Fusion Growth Partners’ 18-month marketing and coaching program. They offer a written performance guarantee, promising a refund of up to $30,000 if a specific growth threshold isn’t met—provided the agent follows their system. I followed the program fully, raised concerns about platform issues, and was told not to worry. Only after I completed the term and requested a refund was I told I had “failed” to meet requirements—based on internal metrics I was never shown or given a chance to correct.

They received tens of thousands of dollars from me and refused to acknowledge repeated concerns during the program. Fusion dismissed all responsibility and deflected blame back on me, despite my good faith participation. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Ohio Attorney General. Agents, please be cautious.
