Garrett manager has been deleting my voicemails and emails to the owner over a situation that occurred in office with the owner there was no issue, and everything was fine, and then Garrett, made it a issue, also I have been charged and over charged for services that were not received.

The groomers say my dogs are well behaved and angels but Garrett says they are not, my one dog had to go to the emergency room cause they were not performing there anal extraction services, Garrett said my 5 pound dogs were misbehaving. But every time I’m in the office I ask and I’m hiven good report.

Clearly Garrett is lying, Garrett has been refusing me service on a personal level and I feel very discriminated against, he also refuses to give me a itemized history. It’s illegal so give false reports. I hope the owner realizes what this new manager is doing! United States
