The Georgia State Bar and Justices of the Georgia Supreme Court Colluded & Conspired to Illegally Disbar & Denied Me of Mandatory Right to a Jury Trial Atlanta Georgia

Georgia State Bar and Georgia Supreme Court Justices William J. Cobb (Bar Counsel for Georgia State Bar), Paula Frederick (General Counsel for Georgia State Bar) -- Carol Hunstein, David Nahimias, Harold Melton, Keith Blackwell, Robert Benham, Nels SD Peterson, Britt Grant and Michael Boggs (Past and/or Present Justices of the Georgia Supreme Court)

The Georgia Supreme Court, consisting of past or current Justices, including Carol Hunstein, David Nahimias, Harold Melton, Keith Blackwell, Robert Benham, Nels SD Peterson, Britt Grant and Michael Boggs, & the Georgia State Bar, have continued to collude & conspire to carry out an illegal, criminal & unethical scheme to wrongfully disbar attorneys such as myself by fraudulently "defaulting" them on the pleadings for not timely responding to their discovery or (which is not possible) in order to deny the accused attorney of a jury trial (which is mandatory under O.C.G.A. 15-19-32) & other due process, equal protection, privileges & immunities related constitutional rights. 

In my case, some of the main key players from the State Bar of Georgia include Bar Counsel William Cobb, General Counsel Paula Frederick & Patrick Head (Special Master).   My fraudulent disbarment as a matter of fact (not opinion) contain dozens of false statements & material omissions.  This & other related fraudulent disbarment schemes goes back to at least the late 80's when the GA State Bar & GA Supreme Court even in 1989 or so, went so far as to forge another attorney Robert Hudnall's name on a petition for voluntary disbarment b/c he would not screw his black client out of their land which was demanded by Judge John Henry Land (see Hudnall's book - "Why Would They Say It If It Wasn't True"). 

These are very dangerous, unethical, corrupt &  rogue public officials, so be wary and know that they will "blow off" conflict of interest & other judicial rules of conduct to do & accomplish what they want, which is typically politically motivated.  The GA State  Bar & the GA Supreme Court also spend a disproportionate amount of time coming up with ways, schemes & methods to limit, reduce or even eliminate their civil, criminal & ethical liability for their acts of malfeasance and misfeasance.

Bottom line - the GA State Bar & GA Supreme Court are illegally taking away attorneys' law licenses.  What kind of a person or institution does that?  What does this say about their character?  These are the people passing judgments on the scruples, integrity & character of attorneys & prospective attorneys?  If I could give these corrupt public officials negative 5 stars I would, that is how bad they are.
