I ordered a motorcycle helmet from them in April 2020. It took 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. What was expeceted did not arrive (free stuff). The helmet did not fit (not the issue). I contacted the company to inquire on refund. No response. I contacted them a second time and still no response. I posted a negative review (twice) on thier site and neither have been shown.
They are clearly only allowing favourable reviews on thier site. In addition to the size challanges with the helmet the DOT approval (a critical selling feature) was just a sticker on the helmet and was applied crooked. I have two other helmets (DOT approved) and the DOT labelling is painted on the helmet...not a sticker. Makes one question the safety designation.
