Gladis Addinngton came to our shop for Brazillian Treatment. I quoted her $260. She accept the offer and took 3 hours to finish.
She left happy, called days later and asked for redo her hair. I told her to come back and do it again, we did a redo for free. later she asked for refund portion of her charge since she beleives it was too high for her.
I told her , her hair was too long for $150 and $260 was the right price for her, later she posted a negative review for us to ruin our reputation on network. I told her we can refund her, I told her that I am going to post our conversation on internet social media, she still insist for refund, WOW, I told her if she couldnt afford, she should have gone to cheaper place.
She is responsible for this post and if it bothers her she may contact to website and resolve it.
