Glockstore Lenny Mcgill Sold me component parts for an item that was not in stock. Now I have useless items and I get no response from the business. San Diego california

I ordered several hundred dollars worth of items from "Glockstore" on September 5th.  They sent me what was in stock, with no explanation of the status of the main component I needed to utilyze the other parts.  Now, months later, I have e-mailed numerous times and I don't even get a response, other than adds trying to up-sell. 

I want my money back for the useless items I now own.  What am I suppose to do with the parts to make a "Model 43", when I cant seem to get the lower receiver?  I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!  Look into Glockstore and Lenny Mcgill.  You will be surprised how many people are in the same situation.
