I honestly don't know where to start with this company...
I worked for the Glockstore and Mr Magill (or White Devil as his own employees call him, not kidding..), and devoted my workmanship overturning upset customers and meeting customer's needs behind Mr Magill's back, even if it went against his own RIDICULOUS policies. One thing I want everyone to know about Glockstore is that the Employees are not to blame!!! Literally, Lenny Magill (Owner), and his well paid management is to blame for the TERRIBLE way he runs this business... This place has so much more potential!!!
Mr. Magill, no joke, runs his business as the Amistad was run. Everything about "he took my money and never processed my order" is 100% true. When orders are processed with Mr Magill, it's used with a very crappy ordering system which does not allow the glockstore website to let customers know if a product is in stock or not. Basically, it's laid out to appear like everything is in stock and if it isn't when your order is placed, or payment is still processed and you're backordered with no further information or update unless you call/email and ask.
I've seen on numerous accounts, Mr Magill shouting and screaming at his phone reps over order errors that total in pocket change.. He also has a reputation for treating the women like a terrible owner would treat a pet. He makes the women feel helpless and I've literally seen him make the girls cry, and most of this is done in his office with the door open for all to hear.
He's terminated a co woker for going to the Labor Board for having MULTIPLE Bounced paychecks during their employment (and there's been MANY occurances of employees having intentionally bounced paychecks). He's terminated a young lady who although was an amazing receptionist, was fired for taking too much time taking care of her sick daughter AND is a single parent!!! He's fired other people for less... There was one instance where over 90% of the employee's checks bounces, IRONICALLY, the same time his son was given a brance new Acura AND was planning a "business" trip to France...
Another thing, DO NOT BUY MR. MAGILL'S SELF MADE PRODUCTS. They are are cheap knockoffs of products he used to carry order partners. A good example are his Pyramid Trigger which are exact products of his former partner's Fulcrum Trigger Kit from ZevTech. They recently discontinued further business with him as soon as they found out this is the THIRD product he's ripped off from them, and that doesn't include other products he is still ripping off from other companys regardless of the numerous lawsuits he's faced and will face.
If he treats his business partners and own employees like this, how much do you think he really cares about his customers?...
I've spoken to many upset customers while I served at the Glockstore with specific requests to meet their satisfaction, most I completely agreed with... But when I brought it to Lenny's attention, he never EVER saw it in the customer's perspective.
Lenny Magill only cares about one thing... his bank account. He does an amazing job of putting on a friendly face to win the hearts of many, but if you've ever worked for him or even called/emailed him as a customer with an issue, you'll see the dark side veeerrry quickly.. He is the living definition of manipulator.
He also pays his management well enough to keep their mouth shut. Chad Casper, Human Resources and basically the Asst Manager, of Glockstore, has seen some VERY disturbing occurances in the workplace, including the numerous insults and downtalk Mr Magill forwarded at me right in front of him numerous times. Adriana, their Purchasing Manager, used to be a great co worker and amazing friend, but all that changed once she was given a company BMW...
Would I work at the Glockstore again? Absolutely. The co workers there were like family and some of the best people I've ever met, but I would never go back there with the current management and Mr Magill running the business.
He talks everyone down RIGHT in front of everyone. He puts the fear of god into the employees to do things his way or else. He cares nothing about proper and quality customer service and only cares about every penny that goes into his account. Mr. Lenny Magill is the scum of the earth and I would HIGHLY recommend that customers take their business elsewhere. His prices are not that much lower than competitor's at ALL, and you will get a much better experience there rather than how this business is run by this gutless, piss-poor excuse of a human being...

Yesterday I ordered a striker for my Glock 34 on their eBay store. Today I realized I had ordered the wrong part and tried to cancel through eBay but got the message that it was too late to cancel and to contact the seller. I telephoned the Glockstore and explained the situation to the customer service rep.
He was extraordinarily helpful, taking only a few minutes to find my eBay order. He said he would send a PayPal invoice for the price difference for the correct part. I received a PayPal invoice within a few minutes, made the payment and received a receipt from the Glock store a few minutes later.
Tracking information came about 30 minutes later in a separate email. I am extremely impressed that they took the time to correct something I messed up. As far as I’m concerned they are excellent to deal with.
