We are writing a negative review against the Goldie Group as we have experienced multiple shipments which the product wasn't as described and have experienced material losses.
We have emails and communications to provide if anyone wants to review. We don't recommend them as suppliers as they understand international buyers have a hard time returning large and heavy shipments.
They send junk. Their facilities are in TN and MA so they always use the excuses of their TN made a mistake. If you buy repair stock they sell scrap stock. If you buy PTG stock they sell repair stock. Please inspect only if you do business with them and don't lose your hard earned money as we did multiple times.
They come off as a large distributor but this only is for them to take your money and then not respond to their faults. Again, please don't conduct business with these bad business people.

Apology about this misunderstanding

I am the author of this report against GG. This report was done in mistake. They sent emails providing updates and information. However, their emails did not show up because it went in my SPAM folder and I didn't know they were providing updates and information, so I initially thought that the company was trying to either scam or rip me off, so I wrote this report in error and haste.
We settled this problem professionally and everything is ok. I am truly sorry about the misunderstanding and I am sure the company is very good to deal with. I am still working with them so everything is great. Thank you
