I ordered on Dec. 9th, they state "Processing Time means the time it takes to prepare your (item)s to ship from our warehouse. It varies from category to category, most of items we ship in 1 - 3 days."  I received 1 e-mail about receiving my order and a fake tracking number from FedEx that has never changed. There is no new information and there is no dte as to when my item is to arrive!

Reading the processing time, I expected it to be shipped to me within a week, as they state " most items ship within 1-3 days". NOoooooooooooo, they do not! They fail to tell you OPENLY, that the item is being shipped from HONG KONG!

I wrote to their abyssmal Customer Service e-mail page, asking where my present was, when was it going to arrive and why do they lie about the "Processing" time. I've received several emails stating the information is on their site, but you must search for it! I do not expect to wait a MONTH to receive a present for my Granddaughter!

I requested a Refund as I found out it apparently will not arrive by Christmas, and this was not stated on the order. I had to search to find out what was taking so long. They claim to have an office in Portland Oregon, but items to not ship from there. They ship from Hong Kong. Why is this not stated when you go through the payment process and shipping information?

I chose Priority Shipping. I was expecting the item within a 2 week period, considering the "Proces time and Shipment". As of December 19th, I still have No estimated time of arrival, no information at all on where the item is and when I requested a refund, I was denied. They state the information is on the site and I must wait the shipping time.

They flat out lie about the shipping! On the shipping page, when ordering, you are given 3 options.

Standard Airmail Shipping: Once package is shipped it takes 13 - 23 days for package to arrive depending on your country's postal service and customs clearance speed.

Priority Airmail Shipping: Once package is shipped it takes 7-14 days for package to arrive depending on your country's postal service and customs clearance speed.

Express Shipping: For express shipping we mostly ship package by either DHL or EMS Express shipping. For Military or PO Box addresses and items that includes batteries are shipped by EMS Express Shipping. Delivery time by DHL is 4 - 6 days and by EMS is 4 - 11 days.

I paid for Priority shipping, I was charged for Priority Shipping, but they tell me it is sent Standard. Lies. This company needs to place this information on the Shipping page When Ordering.. NOT AFter you order!
