    The plastic body of the Hear aid is TOO large to fit into my left ear cannal  It keeps falling out( Aids are in Cannal Aids only) For $100 more they willl send me "Over the ear hearing aids" (OTE) They refuse to honor warrentee

    "Insure satisfaction or money will  be completely refunded"

    I CANNOT use the hearing aid. The ads  are a fraud
