Henrys Towing Service LLC scamed me out of 50 dollars extra Brookline Mo Missouri

On thursday 10/7/20 my grandson had accident on glendstone and chestnut expressway in springfield mo. the police gave him list of wreckers they could call he told them to call henrys towing service. they arrived at around 5 or 6 oclock to pick up wrecked car. i gave them address and lot number and my phone number. i waited several hours then i called henrys to find out they were very busy and could not get me to answer phone. they said they called wrong number and did not come to my address.

They took my car to their storage lot. i told them i wanted my car delivered to my address which they agreed on in front of police officer that was working wreck. the dispatcher informed me that i would pay another 50 dollars or i would not get my car and that was plus 138 origionally agreed to by driver so total 183 dollars in advance by card and he didnt care if i filed complaint but dont complain to henrys towing and didnt call again so they intentionally took my care to their storage so they could scam me out of another 50 dollars the job number on this scam is 175670.
