Mr. Right aka John Lavoie is again wrong.  The 2013 Kia Optima and claiming I am selling it for $3000 is so wrong.  In fact, the car because of it myriad of issues, problems and unable to pass a safety was returned to the dealership and I was fully released from the loan.  Attached is a letter from Yes Plan Financial and just because Mr. Right assumes he is right though wrong I am even attaching the official PPSA release only issued by the government.

What is funny is Mr. Right who should rename himself as Mr. Wrong should really do his homework and yes Car Dealers who would rip people off and not do anything to correct the issues should be taken to court.   Unfortunately, during this pandemic many dealers operate knowing that it will take a year if not years to hear any matter and hope things will quitely drift way.

So now Randy Right is claiming Defamation, slander and liable.  The reason as he states is calling him dishonest.  One can offer an opinion to their own belief and share that opinion allowing the public to determine on their own to whether or not the person is dishonest.

Question: 

If a person gives someone a letter stating "release you from liens, claims and paid in full" and "issues the release through government documents" then claims after it was issued that the contract has been breached claiming the amount owed under the contract.  Wouldn't that be dishonest?

If a person claims an amount for something put in impound/storage and that particular item was later revealed it wasn't put in impound/storage wouldn't that be dishonest?

If a person told you that they got you an approval for financing but didn't tell you that the approval came directly from his other company but didn't tell you that...is that dishonest?

If a comment was made online say on the 20th of the month and the next day 21st of the month the person claims emotional and psychological damages, loss of income (despite being closed due to the pandemic), loss of professional association standings, loss of community standings, and decides to sue you $35,000.00 is that dishonest?

If other people through other comment sites are saying the same thing is then reporting his actions on another site justify Randy Wright to sue someone solely based on the name of the site?

Let's say you bought a car and warranty.  The car was paid out by the insurance company and the dealer received the money.  Let's say the warranty allowed a refund for the policy.  The refund is issued to the dealer but the dealer doesn't forward the refund to the customer who has paid for the car in full.  Is this honest?

I have posed some questions allowing you the public to decide.  In my opinion, Randy Wright, Highway Motors Inc. and Auto Focus Canada Inc.  should be avoided at all cost.  It not so much the vehicles that are of issue (though the condition on some is questionable) it is the behaviour of Randy Wright himself including is actions when he is challenged.  Randy Wright owns Auto Focus Canada Inc. and at one point told someone it was a merchant bank (which it isn't).  So when Randy Wright says he got you approved and gets you to sign under Auto Focus Canada it amounts to In-House Financing.  He doesn't report to the credit bureau as he suggests he will but he will if you are behind in anyway.  (at least this my experience)

I am a simple consumer passing on public information so you can make an informed decision based on facts.  The civil suit is public record and can be obtained in London, Ontario Small Claims Court both the Claim, Defence and Counter Claim.

There are many car dealers out there so it pays to do your homework.
